During my recent trip to Hanoi, I decided to stay at Aurora Oriental, and to my surprise, I met Quang again — the same staff member who previously took great care of me at Aurora Premium. It was genuinely reassuring to see a familiar face, and his service was just as outstanding as before. The hotel itself is charming, clean, and well-maintained, with a cosy atmosphere that makes you feel at home. The location is excellent, close to many attractions yet still quiet enough for a comfortable rest. But once again, it was Quang’s professionalism and warm hospitality that made the experience memorable. He recognised me immediately, greeted me with a smile, and went out of his way to ensure everything during my stay was smooth. From arranging transport to offering helpful tips around the area, he handled everything with the same attentiveness I appreciated from my previous stay. I truly believe that having dedicated staff like Quang is what sets Aurora’s properties apart. Another pleasant stay — and I’ll definitely return again.

It's a new hotel that just opened 4 to 5 months ago and the staff are very friendly, especially at breakfast service. Unfortunately, we were told that in December or January, this hotel and a few others along the same stretch will be acquired by the government for redevelopment of the area into a park! So do check your dates!

這家五星級酒店的服務非常出色，工作人員熱情周到，總是面帶微笑，讓人感到賓至如歸。客房寬敞舒適，裝修典雅，設施齊全，尤其是床品柔軟，睡眠質量極佳。酒店的餐飲選擇多樣，菜品精致，味道令人滿意。位置優越，交通便利，周邊有許多景點和購物中心。唯一的小缺點是價格稍高，但考慮到整體體驗，物有所值。強烈推薦給追求高品質住宿的旅客！

Все прекрасно, персонал старается сделать пребывание в отеле максимально удобным и приятным. Бассейн неглубокий, только для детей, есть джакузи.

酒店位置理想，房間偏小，衛生過得去，早餐選擇不多，衣架數量只有三、四個，可以增加些。 服務人員禮貌周到和熱情，為他/她點贊。
